Alaska/Washington fun...

I had a great trip home relaxing and visiting with Mom, Dad and Katmai. I am finding that it is always weird to be back in AK because things are so familiar but yet so different. I am always flooded with memories... However, I love going home, none the less. Katmai followed me everywhere and apparently listens to me better than my parents, much to their shock (whoops...) I feel horrible leaving him again. Oh how I wish my life were all in one place. I think I am starting to have an internal battle going on between loving my job and wanting to be settled down in one place. All in God's time, and in the meantime I continue to pray for those far from me until we meet again and that I always follow God's will in my life.

I was also very excited to be able to take 24 hours and do a whirlwind weekend layover in Seattle with some of my very dearest friends. I love how no matter how far you are, it is always the same when you get back together and just gets better with time. I wish I would have had more time to see lots of other people that I do miss here...next time I guess!

**Check out the "my photos" link on the right side of the page. I posted more pictures there, including some awesome aerial shots of the Valley blanketed in fog (taken during a flight with Dad)
