One thing that has really been coming up a lot for me lately is the reality of the Devil and how he is working so hard to try and not let us get close to Christ and to Heaven. I think instances show up more at places like this or with people that are as faithful as the ones I encounter here because they are the ones the Devil is jelous of most. In the past week I have heard stories from three different people where they have seen the works of the Devil and how he completely consumes people that turn away from Christ and live in sin. I have never seen it in such reality before-reality that is so tangible. Ouija boards and all that stuff are real and not to be messed with.
Honestly, it scares me to death because I know the Devil's greatest weapon is make us believe that he DOESN'T exist. However, our culture is consumed with perversions of sex, alcholism, materialism and "lookism" that suck people in. It is why we have places like this (thank God) because there are people who are not strong enough to resist. The Devil wants us to believe the empty promises of what our culture has become.
The good news is that God is working on us all just as hard as the Devil and He wants us to find true happiness and peace. The spiritual warfare out there is more than we can even imagine, but Christ is on our side. I am blown away every single day about the many blessings God gives us daily. I am so thankful for my work here and my family and friends which I appreciate more than ever. Please pray for Trinity and be confident that we pray for all of you here too.
